Strength.HEALTH.Well-Being

 Physical Education, Crossfit, Healthy Eating (90% of the time :/) Barely Any Fast food (except a cold cut from Subway....sometimes) AND once in a blue moon....pizza   YIKES! Exercise and physical activity 4-6 times per week. PROTEIN! Low Sugar intake and more Natural Sweets.. YUM! BREATHE..On the Go! Energized, Strength.HEALTH.Well-Being.

  1. It's okay to indulge in the food you like. And just to make sure it's in moderation. (Or I say, eat it while you can, with that fast metabolism of yours ;) )

    Oh, and what about the Starbucks?
