My first goal..because i can not do a strict push-up what-so-everr is to be able to do 15 strict push ups by july 1st. I am going to continue to do push ups off of objects to switch up dfficulty throughout the week for 2 weeks while also attending Crossfit to maintain my physical activity! That way I am able to get my body ready for a strict push-ups in two weeks.
I hope you can attain your goal in being able to do a push up, if it makes you feel any better I can 't do many more than a few :P

ReplyDeleteGreat goal that is very realistic! I see you'll be doing "modified" inclined push-ups for two weeks; what will you be doing after that? How many push-ups will you plan on doing each day?
