Goal Review
So I beleive my goal was to do 15 strict (military-type) push ups by July 1st. Which i did not do because of my injury on June 12th that prevented me from doing any kind of activity up until about a week and a half ago. So I havent been able to work my way up to that goal until now and so far I can do 5 stict push ups in a row! when I first started Crossfit in May and even doing it throught that month up to my injruy I could not even do 1! Which is great because even though I wasnt able to make my goal, I am still happy with the result and the fact that I can begin to multiply the ability to do more! WooHoo! I will not give up!

It's amazing that you didn't let your knee injury get in your way. Even if you weren't able to do everything, you always did what you could safely do. This speaks volumes about you. And reminds me an awful lot of myself - although I might've been more "stubborn" and done everything and injured myself more.
