Goal #1
My first goal..because i can not do a strict push-up what-so-everr is to be able to do 15 strict push ups by july 1st. I am going to continue to do push ups off of objects to switch up dfficulty throughout the week for 2 weeks while also attending Crossfit to maintain my physical activity! That way I am able to get my body ready for a strict push-ups in two weeks.

Subway....sometimes) AND once in a blue moon....pizza YIKES! Exercise and physical activity 4-6 times per week. PROTEIN! Low Sugar intake and more Natural Sweets.. YUM! BREATHE..On the Go! Energized, Strength.HEALTH.Well-Being.
